A faux succulent is a heavy little pot with soft plastic leaves that flatten under any weight. This is how an order is packed in Jaipur so it arrives shaped rather than squashed.

Dispatch and handling
Anything confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day joins that evening’s pickup; anything after it is packed the next working morning. We dispatch Monday to Saturday and do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
Pots are wrapped and seated in a moulded base so the weight never travels onto the foliage, and leaves are supported with tissue rather than compressed by it. Anything with a ceramic or concrete pot is double-boxed, because a chipped rim is the commonest transit damage in this category. Arrangements are photographed at the bench before sealing so we can compare against what arrives if anything is disputed.
What shipping costs
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that threshold a flat ₹49 is added at checkout, anywhere in India — we do not charge more for a distant PIN, and we do not quietly fold the courier fee into the product price.
Cash on Delivery is available across most of the country. A handful of remote PINs sit outside our couriers’ COD network and very high-value baskets may be prepaid-only; in both cases the checkout tells you before you place the order, not after.
Couriers and tracking
We ship with Delhivery and India Post. Which one carries your parcel depends on the destination PIN, not on what you paid.
A tracking link goes out by email and SMS on the day we hand the parcel over. Courier scans can lag by a day, particularly over a weekend, so a link that looks frozen on Saturday is usually moving again by Monday. If it has genuinely not updated in seventy-two hours, tell us and we will chase the courier ourselves.
Addresses we cannot reach
- India only — we do not ship internationally
- street addresses only; no PO boxes, no APO or FPO addresses
- a parcel returned as undeliverable can be re-dispatched, charged at the flat rate above
